Hannah is happy to personalise or finish any of her available or commissioned work through outsourcing the services of engravers, polishers or platers. Outsourced services and additional postage will then be added to the final cost of your purchase.

Hannah is obligated to hallmark each piece she creates from precious metals. She is currently registered with the Edinburgh Assay Office, who apply five compulsory hallmarks to any piece made in silver or gold. Any additional hallmarks or marks can be applied upon request.
Hannah is fully insured with the Artist’s Network. Her insurance covers Public & Products Liability and Professional Indemnity.

If you are unhappy with your order, you can return your item within 10 working days of receiving it. After this period, returns will not be accepted. Any initial postage charges will not be refunded. For the return to be approved, the item must be in its original packaging and must be in the condition it was received in.
Commissioned items are non-returnable.
